    Description

    We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Marketing Manager to lead our efforts in attracting, engaging and developing entry-level young professionals. This individual will develop and execute marketing strategies aimed at promoting our services, driving test registrations, and building relationships with emerging talent pools.

    Key Responsibilities:

      1. Strategic Marketing Development:
      • Design and implement targeted marketing campaigns to attract entry-level candidates to take our assessments and register for job placement services.
      • Conduct market research to identify trends, preferences, and engagement channels relevant to young professionals.
      • Develop partnerships with universities, colleges, and professional organizations to expand talent pipelines.
      1. Digital Marketing & Engagement:
      • Manage and optimize digital marketing strategies across platforms including social media, email, and content marketing.
      • Create compelling content (blogs, videos, graphics, and posts) to highlight our value proposition to entry-level candidates.
      • Utilize SEO and SEM strategies to enhance online visibility and website traffic.
      1. Event Marketing:
      • Organize career fairs, workshops, webinars, and other events to engage with potential candidates.
      • Represent the company at networking events and professional development seminars.
      1. Brand Development:
      • Build a strong employer brand that resonates with young professionals and communicates trust, growth, and career opportunities.
      • Develop and maintain marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.
      1. Analytics & Performance Tracking:
      • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to ensure marketing goals and KPIs are met.
      • Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and enhance candidate engagement.

    Qualifications:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
      • 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in staffing, recruitment, or a similar industry.
      • Proven expertise in digital marketing, social media management, and lead generation.
      • Strong project management and organizational skills.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, CRM software, and email marketing platforms.
      • Passion for connecting people with opportunities and understanding of the entry-level job market.
