    Description

    350Vermont, a vibrant statewide grassroots climate justice organization, is looking for an Operations Director based out of our Burlington office. Come support this important work!

    The Operations Director will lead or collaborate on a wide range of the internal aspects of 350VT’s work. Overall, they help the internal systems of 350VT run smoothly, effectively, and in accordance with our values. They also manage 350VT’s office, handle key administrative paperwork, facilitate updating employment policies, monitor general 350VT communications, process donations, and support hiring processes.They handle or collaborate on finance processes, like monthly and quarterly reports, budgeting, tax filing, updating Quickbooks, and processing expenses.

    This position is primarily based out of 350VT’s office in downtown Burlington, with some remote work possible. The Operations Director collaborates closely with 350VT board members, interns, volunteers, and most of all the statewide staff team.

    Commitment: Between 24 hours/week (PT) and 35 hours/week (FTE, with full benefits)

    Location: Downtown Burlington office (some remote work possible)

    Pay: $31.07/hour ($56,547 salaried for FTE - 35 hours/week), at our Program Director level
