The McSilver Institute for Poverty Policy and Research at New York University Silver School of Social Work is looking to hire a full-time Senior Program Coordinator to support McSilver’s behavioral health training centers. McSilver has a robust training program on best practices in behavioral health service delivery programs, including the Community Technical Assistance Center of New York (CTAC) which provides trainings and implementation support to behavioral health agencies across New York State. The NYU McSilver Institute is committed to creating new knowledge about the root causes of poverty, developing evidence-based interventions to address its consequences, and rapidly translating research findings into action through policy and best practices.
The Senior Program Coordinator’s main responsibilities will involve supporting McSilver’s training centers in achieving contract deliverables, including managing and hosting virtual and in-person events, managing contracting with vendors and consultants, supporting the development of reports for project funders, and supporting the maintenance of McSilver’s training infrastructure.

Minimum Requirements:
This position is full-time and includes a generous benefits package. In compliance with NYC’s Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is $60,000-70,000. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as specific grant funding and the terms of the research grant when extending an offer.
