Model: In-Person, Monday-Friday (9am-5pm)
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
NMIC’s Office Assistant with Security License position provides support to the Operations Team at both the Manhattan and Bronx offices. This position will ensure securing premises and monitoring personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; patrolling building, equipment, and access points for NMIC offices. Including, providing reception, data entry, and operations tasks support.

o First-Aid/CPR/AED (American Heart Association/ American Red Cross)
o Chemical Agent Certification (Hand-Held)
o Expandable Baton Certification
o F89-Fire Safety Director Certification specifically for 45 Wadsworth building
SALARY/BENEFITS:
BENEFITS: NMIC offers a generous benefits package including medical, dental, life, and disability insurance; paid time off consisting of 20 vacation days, 15 sick days, 5 personal days, 11 agency holidays, plus the week off from Christmas Eve through New Year's Day; a 401k with agency contribution; and other benefits.
