About the Role
As the Community Coordinator, you will be the heart of our vibrant community. Your responsibilities include:
✅ Welcoming visitors and volunteers.
✅ Organizing schedules and activities.
✅ Leading tours and workshops on permaculture, agroforestry, and bioconstruction.
✅ Participating in hands-on tasks alongside the team.
✅ Promoting a positive and collaborative environment.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who:
✨ Has a positive, proactive attitude and loves nature.
✨ Is fluent in English and Portuguese.
✨ Thrives in a rural setting and enjoys physical work.
✨ Is in good physical condition for walking and manual tasks in a mountainous environment.
✨ Has strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
✨ Has experience in permaculture, agroforestry, and/or bioconstruction, with the ability to share knowledge in these areas.
