The Associate Director of Donor Advancement is responsible for recruiting, cultivating, and raising money for Everytown and Moms Demand Action's midlevel program. This role will play a critical part in driving revenue growth, donor retention, and maximizing income through strategic outreach and campaigns. Reporting to the Managing Director of Donor Growth & Experience, the Associate Director will work collaboratively across channels (digital + offline) to execute donor-centric strategies and tactics that maximize the value of these donors.

Qualifications:
The salary range for this role is $95,000-$110,000 per year. Everytown offers a generous benefits package including PTO, 401K Match, Education Assistance and more.
