    Position: Executive Assistant to the CEO

    Reports to: Chief Executive Officer

    About the Position:

    We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of the CEO’s office and involves managing the CEO’s schedule, serving as a liaison to the board, and providing logistical support for meetings and special events.

    This is a full-time, exempt position with a comprehensive benefits package and an annual salary of $52,000.

    About the Ideal Candidate:

    • You are highly organized and detail oriented.
    • You are proactive and resourceful.
    • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably supporting C-suite executives.
    • Experience working with boards of directors or similar governing bodies is highly desirable.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft and edit correspondence and presentations.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.
    • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and demands.
    • Professional demeanor and the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
    • Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and dedication to the mission of the WREN.
    • Strong desire to work in a non‐profit setting and to have an impact on the lives of women and girls of all identities.

      • PAID TIME OFF & HOLIDAY PAY: 10 days for years 1-4 of employment, 15 days for 5+ years of employment, 8 holidays
      • PAID SICK LEAVE: 12 days in one year for employee or caring for family member.
      • DEPENDENT CARE & FSA PLANS: Pay dependent care and medical costs with pre-tax dollars
      • 401K PLAN: Eligible after 1 year of employment with 5% employer match
      • PAID PARENTAL LEAVE: Up to 12 Weeks at 100% pay for birth or adoption of child
      • PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT: Annual allowance for each staff member
