    Description

    Join the Newcomer Youth Summer Academy (NYSA) and help empower newly arrived refugee youth as they prepare for success in their new schools and communities. This dynamic six-week program welcomes up to 130 students, ages 5-21, from over 20 countries, offering a rich curriculum that includes academics, creative arts, physical education, and social-emotional learning.

    We’re looking for passionate educators to fill a variety of teaching roles, with both full-time and part-time opportunities available. NYSA is held in a centrally located school in New York City, and all staff must be available to work in person for the full duration of the program.
