    Description

    Obu Lamu is seeking a passionate and innovative Creative Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have knowledge and/or experience teaching special needs children as well as international curriculum.

    The Creative Educator shall be required to design and deliver educational programs that integrate blended learning methodologies and child psychology to support the academic and emotional development of children in our care. Responsibilities include creating engaging learning activities, tracking student progress, and collaborating with our team to ensure a holistic, supportive environment for each child.

    Additionally, the Creative Educator will have the opportunity to train and mentor volunteers, trainees, interns, and staff, sharing expertise in progressive teaching methods and child development. They will also lead educational initiatives to teach and empower the local community.

    The ideal candidate should have a degree in Education, Child Psychology, or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience working with children. Strong skills in blended learning and child development are essential. A passion for social impact and community development is crucial.
