Position Description: The Development Coordinator is part of the Development team and contributes significantly to CWHC’s fundraising efforts. The DC is supervised by the Development Director and also works in close collaboration with the Communications and Volunteer Coordinator, Executive Director, Finance Manager, and Board of Directors.
Primary Responsibilities (38 hours per week)
Collective Involvement: 1-2 hours per week
Qualifications and Skills
Compensation and Benefits: This is a salaried position at $44,720 annually for 40 hours per week. In addition, CWHC offers generous paid time off and insurance benefits. The person in this position will be considered a full-time collective member of CWHC.
Position structure: This is a hybrid position that includes both remote and on-site time; candidates are expected to work on-site a minimum of two days a week. This is a Chicago-based position.
