    Location: ONLY CANDIDATES CURRENTLY BASED IN CHENNAI, INDIA.

    Work Specs: Chennai candidates should ideally have their personal transport. Typical work days are Monday to Friday. Occasional weekend efforts needed. Full time or part time options available. Some remote work possible.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree required. MBA or Post Graduate degree preferred.
    • 2-7 years of relevant experience with proposals, CSR, fund-raising, partnerships and communications.
    • Proficiency in analysis, program management, industry & policy research.
    • Comfort with giving presentations, and engaging with govt officials, elected representatives, and global partners.
    • Preferred: Exposure and networks relating to partnerships CSR, NGO funding, foundations, development agencies.
    • Superior self-motivation, attention to detail, commitment, and maturity.
    • Strong communication, writing & client interaction skills.
    • Flawless written & spoken English essential. Tamil fluency preferred. Hindi helpful.
    • Preferred: Proficiency with websites, WordPress, graphics/video, Canva.
    • Preferred: Expertise with MS-Excel and financial models for projects & valuations.

    Responsibilities:

    • Business models, financial analysis, viability and sustainability of projects.
    • Research and craft position papers on India policy & industry.
    • Public relations, press releases, social media and engagement.
    • Communication - content, graphic design, website wordpress, social media.
    • Manage filings, compliance and regulatory requirements.
    • Engage with governments, partners, patrons, and corporates (India & USA).
    • Other tasks and duties as needed.

    Compensation: Fixed pay and performance-based bonus. Contract mode available.
