    About Us

    At Linens N Love, we turn discarded hotel linens into life-changing donations for shelters across the country. We’re building a streamlined, automated platform to help match hotel inventory with real shelter needs — creating dignity, sustainability, and community impact with every box of sheets and towels delivered.

    We’re now looking for a scrappy, impact-driven Automation & Workflow Specialist to help us bring that platform to life. You’ll build a no-code system using free or nonprofit-tier tools (like Make.com, Softr, Airtable, or Fillout) to automate our end-to-end hotel-to-shelter donation process.

    This is a high-ownership role. If you're someone who loves turning chaos into clarity and building smart, human-centered systems, we’d love to work with you.

    What You'll Build

    You’ll create a fully automated, no-code platform that enables:

    • Hotel inventory logging: Hotels log donation availability (e.g., towels, sheets, misc.) using a simple form.
    • Shelter notifications: Local shelters (within 25 miles) are automatically notified.
    • Pickup scheduling: Hotels propose pickup times; shelters select from options.
    • Donation confirmation: Confirmation emails go out to both parties when a donation is booked.
    • Monetary & media follow-up: Shelters are nudged to donate money (at multiple intervals) or submit photos/videos of the linens in use.
    • Scoring & prioritization: Shelters are scored based on engagement. Those who fail to donate after 2 events or fail to submit media after 3 are deprioritized.
    • Dashboard reporting: A live dashboard tracks active, at-risk, and inactive shelters, donation volumes, drop-off points, and suggested improvements.

    You’ll work closely with our Outreach & Onboarding Specialist to ensure your systems are aligned with real-world partner behavior.

    Compensation

    Flat payout of $1,000 after successful delivery of a fully functional, bug-free system that facilitates 20 complete donation events (hotel logs linens → shelter confirms pickup → delivery completed → donation or media submitted).

    Who We're Looking For

    You’ve built working automation systems using Make.com, Softr, Airtable, Fillout, or similar tools.

    You understand how to map complex workflows and simplify them into scalable solutions.

    You take full ownership of your builds and document your work so others can follow.

    You care about doing good while building well.

    You’re highly responsive and great at identifying blockers early.
