    We are seeking a skilled and driven Government Grants Manager to join our Development Team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful grant writing, editing, and management across diverse funding sources. This role involves writing compelling proposals, managing the grant process from identification to submission, and ensuring successful grant reporting.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Research and identify potential funding opportunities from local, state, federal, and private sources.
    • Write, edit, and submit high-quality grant proposals and reports.
    • Manage grant reporting and ensure timely submissions.
    • Collaborate with program staff to articulate project goals effectively.
    • Maintain and strengthen relationships with current and prospective funders.
    • Ensure compliance with grant regulations and requirements.
