Position Summary
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer and consistent with the mission of Girls on the Run International, the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) leads the financial strategy, planning, and management of the organization to support the organization’s goals. As a key member of the executive leadership team, the CFO serves as a strategic advisor in driving long-term organizational sustainability and growth. This role ensures the organization's financial health and sustainability and maintains compliance with all applicable regulations. The CFO plays a critical role in shaping the organization's future through strategic financial planning and collaboration with key constituents, including leadership, the board of directors, and external partners.
