The Southern Environmental Law Center has a new position for a Senior Project Manager – Enterprise Systems. In collaboration with the IT team and other stakeholders throughout the organization, the new Senior Project Manager will work regionally to oversee and manage a broad range of technology projects. From conception and planning, through execution and post-implementation support, the Senior Project Manager will have the opportunity to advance SELC’s multi-faceted, multidisciplinary work through continuous optimizing our core enterprise systems. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership and communication skills to ensure the successful delivery of IT solutions that support SELC’s mission. This position will report to SELC’s Deputy Director, while working in concert with our IT Operations Director. This is a full-time, exempt position with a flexible start date. SELC has a hybrid work model that offers employees the flexibility to work remotely up to two days per week. The position may be based in any of the following SELC offices: Atlanta, GA; Chapel Hill, NC; Charlottesville, VA, Nashville, TN, and Washington, DC. Relocation reimbursement is available for those moving to join us. Employment is contingent on successful completion of a criminal background check.

Compensation & Benefits:
SELC offers salaries competitive with other leading environmental nonprofits nationally and provides an excellent benefits package. The starting salary range for this position is $115,000 – $130,000, commensurate with experience. For more details about our benefits package, please visit our Careers page.
SELC is a PSLF (Public Service Loan Forgiveness) eligible employer.
SELC will also provide relocation reimbursement for those relocating for an SELC position, up to a specific dollar amount and contingent on the move being at least 50 miles from the current primary address.
