    We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Assistant Manager to oversee the daily operations of a multi-use space that includes an events venue, co-working office facility, and short-let apartments. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of these spaces, including client relations, bookings, maintenance, and overall user experience. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills, as well as a proactive approach to ensuring high-quality service across all functions.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Space Operations Management:

      • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the events space, co-working space, and short-let apartments to ensure smooth functionality and excellent client/guest experiences.
      • Manage inquiries, bookings, contracts, and logistics for all spaces.

    Client and Guest Relations:

      • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, co-working members, and apartment guests.
      • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and anticipating needs.

    Promotion and Optimization:

      • Optimize booking platforms, such as Airbnb or events management software, to maximize occupancy.
      • Assist with marketing efforts, including social media posts, promotions, and community outreach to increase visibility and usage of all spaces.

    Administrative Duties:

      • Manage scheduling, billing, and member relations for all spaces.
      • Regularly inspect properties for maintenance and coordinate with service providers for repairs.

    SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

      • Experience: 2-3 years in property management, events management, or hospitality.
      • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
      • Technical Skills: Familiarity with booking platforms (e.g., Airbnb, Eventbrite), co-working management tools, and basic office software (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).
      • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
      • Customer Service: Proven ability to provide exceptional service to diverse clients and guests.
      • Time Management: Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
      • Problem-Solving: Creative and resourceful in addressing operational challenges.

    ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

      • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
      • Reliable transportation for travel between managed spaces.
      • Familiarity with best practices for events, co-working spaces, and short-term rentals is a plus.
