    Description

    Personal Assistant 

    This role is to be a personal assistant to the Director and founder of Techrity Innovation Foundation. You are required to assist her across all activities and organizations she is affliated to.

    Responsibilities

    • Plan, organize and schedule events. Be available to attend physical events in Port Harcourt.
    • Occasionally assist executives to work with the Founder.
    • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
    • Create content, manage Social media and canva design skills
    • Handle requests and queries appropriately
    • Manage and schedule meetings and appointments
    • Make travel arrangements and accomodation.
    • Take dictation and minutes
    • Purchase supplies.
    • Produce reports, presentations and briefs
    • Maintain filing system and records.

    Requirements and skills

    • A Bachelor's degree in secretarial studies, office and management.
    • Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant. Experience in a remote setting is an advantage.
    • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
    • MS Office and English proficiency
    • Outstanding organisational and time management skills with ability to use Time management tools.
    • Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications to improve work in a remote setting.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
    • Discretion and confidentiality.
