Position Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Director of Housing Programs (SDHP) to oversees the agency's permanent supportive housing (PSH) programs, that including our site-based and scattered-site programs, which currently serving close to 400 families and individuals. The SDHP will manage all oversight functions of the program, including administrative, reporting, and clinical functions. The SDHP will ensures that the program achieve fundamental housing goals, as specifically determined in the annual agency strategic plan, including helping families and individuals quickly and effectively secure and maintain stable permanent housing, increase self-sufficiency (income, benefits, and education), and increase family stability/strength. This position supervises three Program Directors and is accountable directly to the Vice President, Housing Programs and Policy.
The salary for this position ranges between $110,000 - $120,000 annually and the offer amount is determined by education, qualifications, and experience. Indeed provides their own estimated salary calculator and is not affiliated with Community of Hope's offer range.

Community of Hope is a mission-driven, innovative, and rapidly growing nonprofit. For over 40 years, we have provided healthcare, housing, and supportive services for under-resourced, underserved and people experiencing homelessness in Washington, DC. As a Federally Qualified Health Center, we provide medical, dental, emotional wellness, and care coordination services for the whole family at three locations in DC. Community of Hope also strongly emphasizes maternal and child health, with midwifery practice and the only free-standing birth center in DC. In 2020, Community of Hope provided about 28,400 medical visits, 7,000 dental visits, and 10,000 behavioral health visits for about 11,000 patients.
