    Grymes Memorial School is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Manager for the 2025-2026 school year. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the financial and operational success of a respected academic institution.

    Position Overview:

    The Business Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all business functions of the school, including:

      • Accounting and financial reporting
      • Campus facilities management
      • Insurance and legal matters
      • Transportation logistics
      • Supervision of administrative support staff
      • School store operations
      • Maintenance of student records
      • Salary and benefits administration
      • Financial aid program management

    Working closely with the Head of School, the Business Manager will support faculty, staff, and ensure the efficient functioning of the school's financial operations.

      • Proficiency with QuickBooks and other office software tools
      • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
      • Ability to work effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders
