    Are you passionate about nonprofit work and looking for a meaningful way to use your accounting and administrative skills? We are seeking a Part-Time Accounting & Office Assistant to support our mission-driven organization in Elmont, NY.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist the Controller with various accounting functions
    • Maintain records and process transactions using QuickBooks
    • Organize and update financial data in Google Sheets and Google Docs
    • Handle general office responsibilities and administrative tasks
    • Support our team in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations

    Qualifications:

    • Proficiency in QuickBooks (required)
    • Strong skills in Google Sheets and Google Docs
    • Experience with accounting functions and office administration
    • Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable
    • A heart for nonprofit service and a desire to contribute to a meaningful mission
