Description
CTData Collaborative (CTData) seeks a motivated, mid-career evaluator to conduct mixed-methods evaluations of multi-year projects. This person must live in Connecticut. The ideal candidate will plan and implement a process and outcome evaluation.
The Program Evaluation Specialist will coordinate with an external nonprofit program team to develop appropriate data collection tools, create standardized data collection and entry processes, and collect, process, analyze data, and present findings to stakeholders to inform future implementation efforts at the system and provider levels.
They will also focus on building evaluation capacity among the program team so they can implement the long-term data collection processes within their organization.
Additionally, the person in this position will engage stakeholders in discussion of the evaluation findings, ensuring effective communication of insights to foster informed decision-making.
Being proactive, organized, and able to balance multiple competing priorities effectively is essential. Integrity, critical thinking, verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with others are “musts.”
This role is hybrid – Some in office work, some remote work, and occasional travel to client sites.

This is an exempt, salaried full-time position with an annual base salary of $65,000 to $75,000 annually. In addition, CTData provides health insurance, 403b, a 35-hour work week, vacation days, three personal days, accrual of sick time, and 10 holidays per year (plus one for your birthday). This position requires living in or relocating to Connecticut.
