Lutheran Settlement House (LSH) is a non-profit, community-based organization committed to serving children, adults, and families living in Philadelphia. Within our Jane Addams Place family emergency shelter program, we are seeking a compassionate and dynamic individual to fill the role of a part-time Teen Advocate. The primary responsibility of this role is to coordinate programming specifically for pre-teens and teens on site, manage our summer teen work program, and provide support and resources for teens on site. Additionally, the successful candidate will serve as a subject matter expert, supporting shelter staff in understanding and managing teen-related concerns within the shelter environment.

This position requires background checks and clearances, including FBI fingerprinting, PA State Criminal Background Check, and a DHS Child Abuse clearance prior to the employee's start date. Existing copies of these clearances can be used if no more than 6-months older than the employee's start date.
