individuals interested in serving as Campaign Manager. CSCC is looking for firms or
individuals experienced in ballot initiative campaigns, especially those at the city level for
health, safety and/or criminal legal system reform.

Resume and three references should be included. The responsive proposal memo should
include initial thoughts on strategy. Each candidate is asked to outline the following in
their proposals to the coalition:

participate in a formal presentation at a time and location to be determined.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
CSCC will not reimburse for the cost of developing or presenting a proposal in response
to this RFP. Submission of a proposal in no way guarantees procurement by the CSCC.
Any creative or strategic discussions and ideas presented to CSCC by the firm as part of
this process are not to be considered the property of the firm, and CSCC is released from
any liability associated with subsequent use.

completing, or will complete, with individuals

Formed in 2020, the Columbus Safety Collective (CSC) is an advocacy collective of
organizations and community members dedicated to creating a safer and more just
Columbus for all residents. The CSC recently formed a campaign to pursue an alternate
