Downtown Synagogue anchors the program that also serves Congregation T’chiyah and the Reconstructionist Congregation of Detroit and works with Repair the World, Adamah, and the Cohn-Haddow Center for Jewish Studies at Wayne State University to provide both formal and experiential Jewish learning for children ages 4 through 10 as well as their parents. Last year’s schedule included twice monthly classes on Sunday mornings and several community programs.
