    Responsibilities:

    Help us grow Interfaith America’s emerging work in the corporate sector, spanning both business and health settings. Responsibilities include training design and delivery, relationship management, event management, data tracking, evaluation, and logistical tasks to support the Corporate Strategy team.

    Training and Consulting

    • Lead trainings for business and health workplace clients, including customizing trainings and open-enrollment offerings
    • Work with IA’s Learning Team to develop new training materials and educational resources for business and health. This includes both IA Learning and Action Bridge open access materials, and paid consultations materials

    Network Growth and Gatherings

    • Support the recruitment strategy to grow IA’s workplace network with business and health leaders through outreach to potential new clients virtually and in person
    • Manage the logistics and recruitment strategy for business consulting and health-related convenings and conferences
    • Manage all aspects of planning process for the corporate team’s role at IA’s annual Interfaith Leadership Summit. This includes creating relevant session descriptions, making speaker arrangements and managing relevant recruitment efforts.

    Evaluation and Storytelling

    • Track and analyze evaluation data to improve IA’s corporate program offerings
    • Support the corporate team’s storytelling strategy by managing the process to regularly solicit stories and request interviews with business and health leaders

    Faith + Health

    • Support additional needs from our Faith + Health sector as relevant, which could include grant recruitment and selection, grantee trainings, evaluation and resource-design.

    Required Qualifications:

    • A Bachelor’s degree
    • 3-5 years of project management experience
    • Ability to balance and prioritize multiple ongoing projects from multiple stakeholders
    • Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Strong competence in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
    • Willing to learn and utilize organization-wide constituent relationship management software (Salesforce)
    • Authorization to work in the United States

    Preferred Qualifications (not required):

    • High level of religious literacy and fluency in diversity, pluralism, and inclusion
    • Advanced degree in Religious Studies, Civic Leadership, Non-Profit Management, or Higher Education
    • Demonstrated ability to engage stakeholders in substantive discussions about religious and worldview diversity, interfaith cooperation, and civic pluralism
    • Experience in in-person and online training, facilitation, consulting, education, assessment and/or related skill sets
    • Experience in event management
    • Experience with collaborating, networking, and building relationships or coalitions

    Supervisor: Senior Director of Corporate Strategy

    Leadership Level: Manager

    Location: Remote from CO, IL, IN, MA, MD, MI, NC, NY, OH, TX, VA, or WI with four trips to our Chicago office per year. Or, working from our Chicago Loop office at 141 W Jackson Blvd. #3200 Chicago, IL 60604.

    Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 annually, plus excellent benefits. Please read more about our benefits here.
