    Description

    We are searching for an executive assistant to provide both (1) direct executive support to our two cofounders and (2) broader operational support across event planning, office management, finance, etc.

    Executive support includes:

    • Managing both cofounder’s schedules, collaborating to track and prioritize their time
    • Coordinating over email (e.g. liaising with external partners on administrative tasks)
    • Booking travel arrangements
    • Developing a deep understanding of each cofounder’s preferences and style to anticipate their needs and efficiently communicate in a fast-paced environment

    General operational tasks include:

    • Planning events like monthly community socials, presentations, team retreats, etc.
    • Ensure our office space is welcoming and conducive to focused work by greeting guests, ordering supplies, coordinating repairs/installations, etc.
    • Gathering supporting documentation for expense management or for our upcoming audit

    You will be a good fit for this role if you:

    • At least 2 years of experience in executive assistance, office management, event planning, or similar. More experience preferred
    • Enjoy organizing, prioritizing, and executing on a diverse set of tasks
    • Enjoys “getting things done” - whether they’re both big and exciting or relatively routine
    • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Have a high degree of conscientiousness and carefulness in your work
    • Can quickly respond to feedback and the needs of the organization
    • Can exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality

    Salary range: $110,000 - $140,000/year (pro-rated if part-time)+ health insurance

    Time commitment: 20 - 40 hours a week (full-time preferred)

    Location: at least 4 days a week in person (full-time) or 2 days a week in person (part-time)

    Reports to: Chief of Staff with close engagement/mentorship from cofounders
