    We’re seeking a strategic and sales-minded leader to drive community engagement and lead a team across New York City. As the Community Engagement Manager, you’ll be responsible for expanding our reach, building key partnerships, and ensuring families connect with our life-changing programs. This role requires a motivated, relationship-driven professional who thrives on outreach, can sell our mission, and empowers their team to do the same.

    The Community Engagement Manager fosters a positive team culture, supports professional growth, and ensures all engagement efforts align with the organization’s mission and values.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage a team across New York City.
    • Develop and execute engagement strategies to increase program awareness and enrollment.
    • Build and maintain high-impact partnerships with community organizations, businesses, and local leaders.
    • Train and mentor the team in outreach, relationship-building, and persuasive communication.
    • Represent the organization at events, meetings, and public forums drives enthusiasm and trust.
    • Analyze data and trends to refine engagement strategies and maximize impact.

    Who You Are:

    • A natural leader and connector with a proven ability to inspire and mobilize a team.
    • Experienced in sales-driven outreach, comfortable pitching programs, and driving enrollment.
    • Goal-oriented and strategic in building relationships that lead to measurable impact.
    • Adept at coaching and developing team to excel in community engagement.
    • Fluent in English and Spanish preferred.
