    Description

    The TBRI® Support person should be passionate about our mission of connecting children with the families, individuals, and opportunities they need to thrive by being a partner and catalyst that elevates systems and services that serve Louisiana’s most vulnerable children and families. This position will report directly to the Director of TBRI® Training and Coaching.

    Primary Duties and Responsibilities

    The TBRI® Support person provides support to the internal infrastructure of Crossroads’ TBRI® work, making it possible for us to elevate the services and systems that serves Louisiana’s most vulnerable children and families.

    Areas of responsibility include but are not limited to:

    TBRI® Trainings & Events

    • Manage all logistics for workshops, deep dives, coaching and other TBRI® team events; including securing location, communication with host site, and event set up coordination
    • Coordinate food and supplies for all TBRI® training events and coaching days
    • Prepare handouts, sign in sheets, event signage for each training event
    • Provide onsite support for in person trainings, as needed
    • Work with TBRI® Team and Org health team to promote TBRI® Training events
    • Recruit and coordinate volunteers for TBRI® events as needed
    • Assist with registration and attendee communication as needed

    TBRI® Director of Training and Coaching Support

    • Help manage and maintain calendar, including scheduling meetings and follow up activities, as needed
    • Assist in managing project timelines through completion, including setting up meetings, maintaining progress notes and assisting in the development of deliverables
    • Gathering and reporting data needed to inform the work of the TBRI® Team across the state

    TBRI® Team Support

    • Review monthly contract activities and complete any necessary reporting
    • Review end of month paperwork for the TBRI® Team – data, expenses, reimbursements
    • Develop and carry out email promo schedule for TBRI® team
    • Maintain records for CE reporting
    • Monitor training@ email account
    • Assist in gathering information necessary for grant reporting, as needed
    • Maintain TBRI® Calendar
    • Manage supplies needed for the TBRI® Team – ordering, storing, etc.
    • Coordinate the review and update of TBRI® Team print and digital content on a yearly basis.

    Crossroads Executive Director Support

    • Support the Executive Director through scheduling of meetings and follow up activities, email management, monthly reporting and task management.

    TBRI® Special Projects

    • General logistics and support as needed for sector/organization specific trainings and contracts

    Other

    • All other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or a combination of related experience
    • Clear criminal record check
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills, and ability to problem solve, take initiative, and prioritize work
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office
    • High level of attention to detail, quality, and accuracy
