    About the Position:

    The Women’s Rights & Empowerment Network (WREN) is looking for an organized and proactive Marketing Coordinator to support our communications and marketing efforts. The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in coordinating campaigns, managing content across multiple channels, and supporting WREN’s outreach initiatives to engage and mobilize younger audiences (ages 15-50). This role will work closely with the Digital Content Manager to ensure alignment between fundraising campaigns and marketing efforts.

    This is a full-time, exempt position with a comprehensive benefits package and ad an annual salary of $52,000. This position would be in Columbia, SC (or remote within South Carolina)

    About the Ideal Candidate:

    • A self-starter with a flexible and proactive attitude, that can adapt to changing priorities.
    • Experience in multi-channel campaign planning and implementation, including email, social media, search, and display advertising.
    • Experience with project and budget management, audience segmentation, and market analysis in a nonprofit or similar revenue-generating environment.
    • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field, preferably in a nonprofit or advocacy setting.
    • Proficient in using marketing tools such as email marketing platforms, SEO, CRM systems, and content management systems. (e.g., Bloomerang, WordPress, Google Analytics)
    • Ability to manage and optimize ads across various platforms, including Meta Business Suite, Digital Ads, and LinkedIn.
    • Intermediate design skills for creating compelling visual content using tools like Canva.[BE1]
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
    • Strong project management skills, including the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
    • Strong analytical skills, with experience in performance monitoring and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
    • Genuine passion for fighting for gender justice and making a meaningful impact in the lives of South Carolinians.
