Position Overview: AMC is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Traffic Coordinator to ensure the smooth and timely flow of projects across the Growth Team, which includes Books, Brand Partnerships, Communications, Marketing, Membership, Merchandise, and Programming. In addition, the Traffic Coordinator will support internal AMC wide staff communications and special projects as needed. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, facilitating communication, and ensuring that all deliverables meet deadlines while maintaining the quality and consistency of the AMC brand.
The Traffic Coordinator will work closely with various departments to ensure that tasks are prioritized, resources are allocated, and that the execution of projects is aligned with AMC’s mission and AMC’s annual and long-term plans.

Salary: $39,624-53,456
We are committed to equitable compensation practices. The initial salary represents our starting point, and our compensation philosophy is designed to reward and recognize the contributions of our employees as they grow within the organization. External candidates typically begin their journey with us at the starting point of the salary range. The final compensation offer will be based on factors such as experience, education, competencies, and geographic differential relevant to the position, and will be discussed during the interview process.
