We are looking to hire a talented and motivated individual to serve as a full-time Instructional Designer to join our LMS Team. Reporting to the Director of Learning Design and Innovation, the Instructional Designer will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and developing LMS initiatives, supporting the development and dissemination of online self-learning modules, and day-to-day management of the LMS. The institute is invested in adult self-learning concerning poverty alleviation, disseminating behavioral health best practices, and translating knowledge into practice.

This position is full-time and includes a generous benefits package. In compliance with NYC’s Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is $70,000- $80,000. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as specific grant funding and the terms of the research grant when extending an offer.
