Orange Literacy is seeking a contract (5-10 hours per week) instructor to provide pre-literacy language instruction to children age 5 and under in our Family Literacy Initiative. The instructor will provide instruction to a small group of children. The instructor will teach four 2-hour classes each week. This is a contract position beginning January 6 and running through the end of May with renewal possible for the Fall semester beginning in early September. The classes will take place on Monday through Thursday mornings from 9-11 am and will be held in Carrboro. Candidates must have prior experience teaching pre-K children.
