    Are you Washington’s National Park Fund’s next Donor Engagement Manager? As the official philanthropic fundraising partner of Mount Rainier, North Cascades, and Olympic National Parks, we’re excited to bring on a new member to our Seattle-based team. This individual will play a crucial role in building and stewarding relationships with our community of supporters. You’ll manage a portfolio of 60-100 donors, create and implement engagement strategies, and collaborate with various teams to foster long-term donor loyalty. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in donor relations, strong communication skills, and a passion for national park conservation and fundraising. Proficiency with donor management systems and databases and the ability to travel for events and donor meetings are required.
