    Linens N Love is a nonprofit that connects hotels with surplus linens to shelters in need. We believe in creating systems of dignity and sustainability, ensuring that clean, high-quality hotel linens don’t go to waste, but instead serve individuals and families experiencing hardship.

    Through our work, we’ve supported thousands of donation events around the world. Now, we’re looking to grow that impact even further, and we need a sharp, committed Outreach & Onboarding Specialist to help us build a national network of active, engaged hotel and shelter partners.

    Role Overview

    This is a results-driven, high-ownership contractor role for someone who knows how to build relationships, manage outreach, and close. You’ll be responsible for introducing shelters and hotels to Linens N Love, guiding them through onboarding, and ensuring their participation leads to meaningful outcomes.

    You’ll also earn long-term commission from every successful donation made by the organizations you bring in.

    Responsibilities

    Identify and reach out to hotels and shelters that would benefit from our donation program

    Own the outreach and onboarding process from first contact to completed donation

    Maintain accurate records using your own CRM or Google Sheet system

    Track follow-ups, conversions, and engagement milestones

    Collaborate with our internal automation specialist to troubleshoot and improve the donation process

    Submit weekly progress reports

    Build a network of high-quality, recurring partners who donate regularly

    Compensation comprises of an “active” phase with milestone-based payouts, followed by a “passive commission” phase.

    Phase 1: Milestone-Based Payouts

    Milestone Requirement Payout

    Milestone 1 First 10 active organizations $200

    Milestone 2 Next 15 active organizations (25) $300

    Milestone 3 Next 25 active organizations (50) $500

    Milestone 4 Final 25 active organizations (75) $700

    Active means registration + 1 completed donation + monetary donation or qualifying media submission.

    Phase 2: Recurring Commission

    Once 75 verified active organizations have been onboarded, you will transition into a recurring commission model:

    • 50% of every dollar donated by your onboarded organizations
    • Valid for 12 months from the date each organization becomes active
    • No limit to the number of organizations you can onboard
    • No commission paid on organizations flagged as inactive or in bad faith

    Example:

    If 75 active organizations receive two donations of linens and donates $50 per linen donation received, then you receive $3,750 of passive income via this commission structure — built from the relationships you’ve created.

    What We’re Looking For

    • Clear communication and outreach skills (via email and/or phone)
    • Ability to work independently and manage follow-ups reliably
    • Familiarity with organizing outreach in CRM tools, Hubspot, Google Sheets, or Airtable
    • Professional and accurate record-keeping
    • Results-oriented mindset with strong initiative
    • Interest in long-term nonprofit partnerships and social impact
