    Description

    Looking for a licensed mental health professional (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT) to serve as a Clinical Supervisor to staff therapists.

    Candidate should meet the following qualifications:

    • Have a demonstrated record of supervisory clinical experience
    • Understand and have personally worked with clinical issues of the LGBTQ+ and gender non-conforming populations
    • Familiarize and abide by all policies and procedures of IHI Therapy Center
    • Recognize the importance supervisee’s professional demeanor and attention to clinical record keeping
    • Ability to supervise 1-2 clinical staff members
    • Supervision will be remote

    Based in New York City, IHI Therapy Center provides LGBTQ+-affirming mental health care to people of all sexual orientations and gender identities.
