    Position Overview:

    The Donor Services Coordinator plays a vital support role within the Williams Syndrome Association (WSA), ensuring efficient data management and administrative operations. This remote position requires a detail-oriented and self-disciplined individual with strong organizational skills and experience working with Salesforce. The Donor Services Coordinator reports to the Vice President of Philanthropy & Communications, and will handle data entry, database management, and general administrative support to enhance the effectiveness of WSA’s donor stewarding and management.

    This role is ideal for an individual who is highly organized, tech-savvy, and passionate about supporting a mission-driven organization. The Donor Services Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and data integrity for the WSA.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Perform accurate and timely data entry into Salesforce and other relevant databases.
    • Maintain and update records, ensuring data integrity and compliance with organizational standards.
    • Generate reports and assist with data analysis to support decision-making.
    • Provide general administrative support, including email management, scheduling, and document preparation.
    • Assist in donor and member management by updating contact information and tracking interactions.
    • Support event coordination efforts through database management and logistical planning.
    • Respond to inquiries and provide assistance to staff, volunteers, and community members as needed.
    • Collaborate with various departments to streamline administrative processes and enhance efficiency.
    • Demonstrate dedication to and caring for people with Williams Syndrome and their families.
    • Be a team player. Participate actively in organizational meetings and activities. Support other WSA team members with tasks as needed.
    • Provide specific and actionable constructive criticism to management as needed to improve the WSA.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Proven experience with Salesforce and data entry processes.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workplace, and other relevant software.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
    • Empathy and sensitivity to the needs of individuals and families affected by Williams syndrome.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

    Preferred Qualification:

    • Personal and/or professional knowledge & experience with Williams syndrome or experience with developmental disability communities.
    • Experience in a nonprofit setting.
    • Experience and/or training in neurodiversity and inclusion.

    Working Environment:

    • Full-time remote position with flexible scheduling.
