    Description

    The Organization

Founded in 2019, All Kings is a diverse, intergenerational, peer-led membership organization that supports the emotional well-being and develops the leadership of men involved in the criminal legal system and young men at risk of being involved. Through the facilitation of transformative weekend retreats, weekly circles, and leadership trainings, All Kings works across racial, generational, sexual orientation, and class lines to help men discover their innate power and purpose and build lives of meaning on a foundation of emotional literacy, authenticity, accountability, positivity, and connection. Our 400+ members range between 18-82 years old, two-thirds are justice-impacted, all are connected in a journey to define what masculinity means to them in a world that has limited their emotional growth and self-expression. We are a small but mighty team who are like family. We built this together, and we are looking for someone who will join the team to support and elevate the next level of the All Kings mission.

    The Position

All Kings Project Inc. is seeking an experienced ‘Strategy & Operations Manager’ responsible for oversight of general management, strategic development, database management, compliance, event management, and project management. • Oversight of the collection and maintenance of AK members’ medical forms and releases consistent with confidentiality requirements
    • Create training materials and SOP documents to improve the use of InfoFlo, Asana, and software to create streamlined processes.

    Financial Logistical Support

    • Refine our systems for paying and reporting on stipends to members
    • Collaborate with the Director of Advancement and the CFO to prepare budgets and financial reports for funders
