    Description

    All Inclusive Living (All In) seeks a part-time Director of Operations to help manage and expand the day-to-day activities of this innovative and growing non-profit organization. Responsibilities include general administrative support, such as basic bookkeeping, as well as event support and database management.

    This is a contract position (approximately 18-20 hours per week) with the potential for expanded hours and responsibilities as the organization grows and develops its mission to increase affordable, disability-inclusive housing options in Central Ohio. Compensation range is $2,000-$2,500 per month with paid time-off after six months. Position is remote with flexible hours, but individual should be located in the Columbus metropolitan area as responsibilities will include local meetings, events and related tasks.

    Essential Functions

    1. Administrative Support

    This position is responsible for providing general administrative support as needed, including but not limited to:

    • Perform bookkeeping tasks including bill paying, deposits, invoicing, running financial reports, and assisting with annual tax filings.
    • Prepare for and support Board of Directors and committee meetings
    • Maintain organizational files and documents
    • Serve as first point of contact for the organization
    • Manage donor database
    • Perform general administrative support
    1. Special Events
    • Coordinate All In’s representation at community events
    • Assist with scheduling, coordination and execution of All In Town Hall meetings
    1. Communications
    • Assist with digital newsletters and other internal and external communications
    • Assist with donor communications, including appeal and thank you letters
    • Maintain organizational archives

    Take on additional tasks at direction of the Executive Director, including research projects and other activities to support All In’s mission.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum two years-related experience; nonprofit experience a plus.
    • Proficiency with spreadsheets, databases such as Hubspot, and accounting programs such as Quickbooks, a plus.
    • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a dynamic work environment.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to work as a team member with minimal supervision.
    • Solid written and oral communication abilities and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to develop effective work plans, organize details, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
    • Interest in and commitment to advancing All In’s mission.
