    About the Role

    As the SAP admin and ops supervisor, your main responsibilities will revolve around ensuring data accuracy and efficiency. This involves strategizing to minimize data entry errors, offering specialized support in data entry, managing daily Inventory Transfer Requests, involvement in stock counts reconciliation and overseeing accurate consignment bookings and batch tracking in SAP. Your role is crucial in maintaining operational integrity within the department. You will be a part of the Inventory Data Management Team and will report directly to the SAP Administration and Operations coordinator. This role is based in Nairobi.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop strategies to reduce data entry errors, maintaining high data integrity.
    • Provide specialized data entry support to the Logistics department.
    • Ensure accurate and comprehensive logging of logistics-related data in SAP.
    • Daily generation and distribution of Inventory Transfer Requests (ITR) in SAP to WMS users across all warehouses.
    • Identify and report discrepancies in consignment bookings in SAP by the warehouse team for correction.
    • Verify accurate recording of 100% of PO bookings for received consignments.
    • Maintain accurate batch tracking of all seeds in SAP, ensuring proper inventory tracking standards.
    • Support in counts reconciliation.

    Qualifications

    Across all roles, these are the general qualifications we look for. For this role specifically, you will have:

    • Bachelor's Degree preferably in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
    • 1+ years of proven experience using SAP, specifically in logistics and inventory management modules.
    • Prior experience working in logistics, supply chain, or a related operational field.
    • Understanding of inventory control procedures and systems.
    • Familiarity with data entry, data integrity, and error correction within large-scale database systems.
    • Knowledge of supply chain analytics to support decision-making.
    • Experience handling multiple projects concurrently.
    • Technical Proficiency in using different computer software and systems relevant to logistics and inventory management.
