Description
All In Together (AIT) is looking for an enthusiastic and creative recent college graduate with a passion for women’s political engagement to provide overall support for the organization, focusing on communications and program administration. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who has experience with events, drafting and designing content for presentations and email, and has worked on small collaborative teams in office environments. The salary range for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities
Communications
- Make edits and updates to the AIT website, ability to use WordPress and related tools
- Refer content that aligns with AIT’s brand and mission to our social media team
- Record videos and provide content to AIT’s social media team on request
- Composing monthly action-oriented civic engagement newsletter highlighting the current work of AIT and encouraging our community to “take action”
- Composing email invitations for AIT’s events and other programs
- Creating and executing strategy to grow newsletter subscribers and increase engagement
- Assist in outreach to speakers, partners, and press
Program Administration
- Create and manage event registration pages and provide additional event support
- Support outreach to partners and speakers for events and promotions
- Coordinate event and program logistics
- Support creation of meeting agendas, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate team travel arrangements
- Additional special projects as necessary
Role Requirements
- Passion for the mission and vision of AIT
- Commitment to bi-partisanship and civil discourse
- Exceptional writing ability
- Comfortable being on camera and recording video
- Independent self-starter
- Success in roles requiring execution of multiple tasks while responding to multiple priorities and with limited supervision
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strategic thinker capable of “out-of-the-box” thinking and problem-solving
- Spanish fluency a plus
- Candidates are required to be based in the New York City metro-area
