Position Description
As part of the Protection team in the Humanitarian Policy and Practice (HPP) unite, the Senior Program Manager, Protection works closely with other members of the Protection and HPP teams, coordinates with other InterAction unites, InterAction members, other NGOs and NGO consortia, UN entities, the ICRC, and through inter-agency for a, to address critical protection concerns and strengthen collective ability to achieve protection outcomes.

This is a full-time position based in Washington D.C. InterAction maintains a hybrid work environment and employees are eligible to telework three days a week and required to work in the office two days a week. There is an expectation that employees will be based in the Washington D.C. region.

Compensation
Salary range $90,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with skills and experience.
InterAction offers three CareFirst medical insurance plans and an excellent benefits package. Available plans include an HMO, Point of Service and PPO option. The HMO plan is 100% employer paid for employees at all coverage levels.
