    Description

    Primary Responsibilities:

    Clinical Strategy & Design:

      • Ensure compliance with Head Start, Board of Behavioral Sciences, and other regulations.
      • Analyze service needs and define the scope of work for individuals, children, and families.
      • Review clinical data, enhance service delivery, and ensure cultural responsiveness.
      • Identify staff training needs and ensure clinical interventions meet expected outcomes.
      • Utilize data systems to improve clinical effectiveness and promote a culture of learning.

    Clinical Supervision:

      • Provide individual and group supervision for practicum and associate interns.
      • Create learning opportunities and conduct reflective supervision.
      • Coordinate with schools and institutions on learning agreements and evaluations.

    Clinical Services:

      • Lead the mental health team and support staff development.
      • Conduct assessments and design interventions based on community needs.
      • Manage case assignments and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
      • Implement risk assessment and crisis response protocols.
      • Provide referrals and community service follow-ups.

    Qualifications:

      • Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling.
      • Licensed in California (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) with 2+ years of clinical supervision eligibility.
      • 5+ years of mental health experience and 2+ years of leadership experience.
      • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

    Skills & Knowledge:

      • Expertise in mental health, trauma-informed practices, and family systems.
      • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
      • Ability to build relationships, manage time, and lead clinical strategy using data.

    Additional Requirements:

      • Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation.
      • Physical ability to lift, carry, and perform other physical tasks as needed.
      • Must pass background checks and health screenings.

    Work Schedule:

      • Onsite 3 days/week, with 2 remote days possible.
