In past years, an AmeriCorps grant has enabled BPE to provide a living stipend ($20,000 in 2024-25), an individual health insurance plan, and the Segal Education Award (currently $7,395 toward costs at a qualified institution of higher education or qualified loans). BPE is currently in the midst of the application process for 2025-26 AmeriCorps funding, and there is some uncertainty about federal funds and programming. We will update you as we receive word about AmeriCorps funding for the 2025-26 program year.
