The National Organizer of Electoral Strategy plays a critical role in advancing the electoral campaigns and political strategy of RTTC-A. This position is responsible for recruiting and supporting member organizations, managing grant programs, ensuring compliance with electoral regulations, and leading GOTV efforts. They oversee electoral interventions, provide training and resources, and develop strategic initiatives to strengthen organizational infrastructure.
Additionally, the National Organizer facilitates meetings, supports communications, and collaborates with leadership to implement electoral strategies across the alliance. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to drive impactful political engagement and advocacy efforts.
This position will be supervised by the Right To The City Associate Director of Electoral Engagement and employed by Right to the City Action and will not be sponsored by Right to the City.

This is a full non-exempt position. The salary range starts at $101,200. Compensation commensurate with experience and competitive with our sector.
