Position Overview:
The Landlord Engagement Specialist will play a key role in connecting unhoused individuals and families with safe, stable, and affordable housing. This position builds and maintains relationships with landlords and property managers while advocating for individuals in need of housing. This position will report to the Rapid Rehousing Program Manager. The Specialist will work closely with local housing agencies, service providers, and the community to reduce homelessness by expanding access to rental opportunities and ensuring smooth, ongoing landlord-tenant relationships.
