The Director of People and Culture will lead and manage all aspects of Human Resources to ensure strategic alignment with the organization's mission, compliance with legal and regulatory standards, and the cultivation of a workplace culture that attracts, develops, supports, and retains high-performing employees. They will act as a key advisor to the CEO and senior leadership team on all HR matters and serve as the primary liaison to union representatives.
Schedule: This position is full-time, exempt, and onsite 5 days a week (35 hours/week) with the option to work 1 day remotely once training has completed. No nights or weekends.
