Position Summary:
NB is seeking a full-time Development & Marketing Manager to lead our development efforts, foster donor relationships, execute a robust fundraising calendar, and manage and implement communications in support of development goals. This role is pivotal in ensuring the success of our fundraising initiatives while building a foundation for long-term growth. This position involves creating an annual development plan in partnership with NB leadership, which includes securing financial resources through individual donor cultivation, major gifts, corporate partnerships, foundational grants, and events.

This is a hybrid position, requiring a person to be onsite in Bethesda, MD, several days per week.
