    • Build and maintain relationships with key donors and partners, including regular communication about the progress of projects, and the impact of their contributions.
    • Coordinate donor events, including virtual and in-person briefings, screenings of PPP films, and other engagement activities that showcase the impact of PPP’s work.

    • Lead co-creation efforts with Indigenous partners to ensure that all projects are participatory, community-driven, and aligned with their goals for land protection and human rights.

    Impact Measurement & Reporting (10%)

    • Develop and oversee the monitoring and evaluation (M&E) framework to measure the effectiveness and reach of PPP’s initiatives.
    • Produce impact reports that clearly communicate the outcomes of PPP’s projects, demonstrating the connection between storytelling, advocacy, and tangible climate justice successes.
    • Ensure that PPP’s impact is communicated effectively to funders, partners, and the public, highlighting key milestones, challenges, and victories.
    • Collaborate with community partners to collect, analyze, and present data on the social, environmental, and legal outcomes of PPP’s work.

Strategic Planning & Organizational Development (10%)

    • Collaborate with the leadership team to refine PPP’s 5-year strategy.
    • Participate in strategic decision-making processes, providing insights on how to balance PPP’s media-driven projects with its broader mission of advocating for environmental justice and Indigenous sovereignty.
