POSITION SUMMARY
The Fair Labor Association seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee the “Harvesting the Future – Cotton in India” (HTF) project. “Harvesting the Future – Cotton in India” is a multistakeholder project focused on improving conditions for cotton farmers and workers in the country’s cotton supply chain. The project has over 30 partners including 23 brands, two India based suppliers, 3-4 implementing partners, and an Advisory Group made up of various stakeholders.
This position will be part of the FLA Agriculture and Innovation Department and directly report to the Program Director, Agriculture and Innovation based in Istanbul, Türkiye, and collaborate closely with the FLA Executive Vice President and Chief Innovation Officer based in Switzerland.
This is a fixed-term position for 24 months with the possibility of extension. This is a Level 3/Geo 3B role with an annual salary range of $32,000- $35,000 USD. This is a remote position based in Indore, India.
