    Description

    Western Leaders Network seeks a full-time Executive Director to guide our network of local, tribal, and state elected officials across eleven states.

    Our work is focused on engaging current and former elected officials to advance energy transition, clean air and water initiatives, and protect democracy.

    The Executive Director provides the vision and guidance to advance all aspects of the organization. The Executive Director must have strong management and administration skills and a commitment to excellence in fundraising.

    A significant role for the Executive Director is providing the strategic vision and campaign oversight for our support network and conservation agenda. The ideal candidate will be a current or former elected official, have broad experience in nonprofit management and fundraising, climate change, community resilience, energy, public lands, and water, and be knowledgeable about administrative, legislative, and legal avenues to advance network development and campaign goals.     Benefits

    This is a full-time, exempt position. The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $90,000, based on experience and with generous benefits, including:
